Making the most of the end peg draw Craig alternated between the pole and pellet fished at 14m and the waggler and maggot cast to the submerged island at peg 54, landing 24 carp – 8lb and winning with 128lb 11oz. In 2nd place Ryan fished the pole and pellet out on 3 lines for 103lb of carp – 5lb.

Unlucky peg 13 was the draw for Nigel fishing his usual banded 6mm hard pellet out at 14m and two lines at 6m for 61 carp – 7lb in his total of 145lb 9oz. The only other ton weight came from peg 39 were Daz fished the pole and soft pellet on two lines out at 12m and boosting his catch in the last hour netting carp -8lb on the pole and maggot from the margins.

A change to the field side for the winter matches, but the winner didn’t change winning his third Tuesday match in a row Steve fished the pole with maggot and corn for 26lb of silvers and 4 carp making up the rest of his 46lb 15oz. But the catch of the day went to 2nd placed Russ Brookes fishing maggot over ground bait for 41lb 15oz of skimmers and Ide – 12oz.
