I am looking to buy some 4 and 6mm feed pellets in bulk and maybe some 4 and 6mm expanders, also in bulk.

I am thinking of Skrettings pellets. Question is which ones are which and what are the ones I need to buy?

I have seen them advertised but am I right in thinking I need to be looking at the sinking pellets for feeding

and the floating pellets for expanders?

These can also be fed in sholloww water that is not towing/moving too much.

Remember they are fast breakdown and will hold hardly any water if you want to soften them up….. I use them in 4 & 8 mil but just to let you know you cant soak them. Speaking about the feed pellets here not the expnders.

i use the XL30 pellet and the 4mm version were allowed as it has a higher oil content than the coarse pellet. The coarse pellet looks just the same as the dynamite baits feed pellets and i used to use them for up in the water feed as they sink slower. But most fisheries feed XL30’s as there base feed!.
