TF_PikeyThe ice was probably 2-3 inches thick. Luckily some pegs were broken out yesterday and those only had about 1/4 inch of ice.

Thanks Dave ~clap just wondering if the rise in air temp and loads of rain had made any difference to the lakes down our way ~think clearly not by the sounds of it ~sick

TF_PikeySo many questions !
I think Terry Molloy has matches at Sumners most weeks but misses some himself cos he fishes the Rushmoor at Gold Valley.
I think next week is:-
Saturday – Ribbon Lake
Sunday – Skimmer Lake (outside clubhouse)Most people today caught Roach on Maggott.
Most people fished at 6-7 metres and the ice was about 2-3 inches thick were it hadn’t been brooken the day before and 1/4 in where it had. -

TF_mp.miloDont think he will be fishing any Rushmoors after today,
Next sat is on the carp lake so Gobby said today.

TF_ballitinParticipantWas it small roach with b+j?

TF_PikeyMarcus – Alan the Bailiff said Terry hasn’t got the match lake booked next week.
Ballitin – The Guildford anglers on the other bank fished B&J but most on our match caught on maggott

You did have the side of the lake where all the better fish live – its two foot deeper!!! (I’m not biting honest!)

TF_Pop-upBallitin – everyone on our side caught on pinkie, owing to the smaller size of the fish! I had 169 roach for 5ib 10oz!

TF_PikeyAs you all seemed to be catching tiny roach I assumed that you were all fishing blood and joker.
Wasn’t it a superb day weather wise.
