        are the reports right has there been fish deaths on the swan pond this weekend and it is now closed

          i’ve heard that today. all matches cancelled on swan and are being moved to other lakes. Cant imagine Tripp or Island would be free though.

            Spoke with the guys at Messingham today. The landfill next door to Swan has flooded and consequently polluted the main pond. Minimal fish kills which is good news. The new section of the pond is still OK. Anyone fished this bit lately?

                Not sure to be honest. Think it was the wife of the owner first and then a guy later that day. Was there to day and they allowed a clubbie on Swan I believe. no sure how they got on.

                  I was there wednesday. The open was on island.

                  Hes had the aereators on for ages on swan and the fish seemed to be swimming around looking hungry not sick now.
