Tackle Insurance – Who?

I usually make a point of insuring the most expensive items of tackle but have mostly done this on the back of home insurance or the like.

However, my recent experiences with the bigger companies especially ones with annoying red telephones or ones that also have a duplicate Alco Annon link, has been more than disappointing to say the least. In fact one of these previously used for my car insurance, took the money, then when questioned 6 months later claimed they had never heard of me, so not just the once let me down !!!

Anyone any suggestions who I might go with for big ticket tackle items, anyone else any similar experience, or do they insurers just assume everyone is a liar?

Incidently if I am allowed to say it….i recommend you don’t pick up a red telephone if it rings, all promise no delivery, and took my money for 4 years with no claims, why do I feel the criminal?

Korda Kover mate, my 2nd year of being with them, made a claim and was sorted in couple weeks, recommend em to anyone
