TF_PaddyLP, You joined on the 25/03/10 which by my calender is today!
Your initial post is a bit short of information ie; how are you fishing? Pole? Rod? Feeder? Waggler? Stick? Method? Hook Legnths and so on and so on…………….
Generally through the day the site can be a bit queit as people are a work and in the evening traffic tends to lift.
I’m sure if you explain the type of venue that you are having the tangle problems on, along with the style of fishing that you are doing, you will get replies – i will even try and help you, but with the lack of information that you have given! it is very difficult to try and help you.
Give us some more info!!!! -

TF_PaddyHa ha ha, this has gotta be a wind up!!!~clap ~clap ~clap
For what it’s worth, try a shorter rod, try taking some line off the spool and use finer waggler floats – as for the tree, they are big green things with branches and leaves on them – when you see em – avoid em!
Your reply made me laff!!~clap ~clap -

Little_PeteI dont think you should be lauphing at some1. You should show some respect to new people that want to learn.
And how am I suposed to shorten the rod. Its a three piece rod so if i take a section off I either have to lose my reel or have big rings at the top. It woudl also only be about 8 feet long which is rubbish.
If you cant offer me some sensible help dont bother thank you.

AnonymousThis is funny but there is a serious side to Little Pete,s question. The answer Little Pete is to practice your casting until you can cast without getting tangles. We have all been where you are with getting use to casting. Practice, practice, practice, watch others and be patient and your casting and tangles will get better.
