Which end pegs the wind is blowing into is a very good draw, maggot and pellet is all you need, across middle any cover on inside find out in 15mins which bait will work on the day.

All on maggot feeding micro fish light ,I fed two pilnt of maggot keep feeding

180lb last week won and 140lbon Monday….maggot.
Yeah end pegs needed until the warmer months then anywhere can win.

I fished a club match on Saturday I weighed 68lb with a section win all were 3 weighs over 70lb 111lb won the match all top weights were on maggot shallow!! I started my match of wrong and tried to catch short to quick when I should have feed it for an hour at least before going on it I coughs 95% of my fish across tight to the reeds I plumbed up to find roughly 3ft against the reeds and alternated between 18″ and 12″ all day to chase the fish up and down keep feeding maggot short say 7m and whilest fishing you long line you want a ripple on as when the wind died so did the bites am no venue expert but i have learnt a lot for my next match on there good luck lads and if you have any more questions I try help all I can

How many on your match morris,, alot of these matches doing aton only have 8 or 9 lads on our match had 32 on

There was 17 on our match pal but yeah your right the venue does fish better with less anglers best way to peg it is with 5 anglers on each bank as you say it dosent respond well to lots of pressure I think he is digging more lakes at the sides thoe aswell pal to cater for more anglers
