        Im sorry to inform you of the passing of a great angler and friend,he had been a member of our match squad on and off over the past 30yrs or more.The last few years had been spent fishing with Remenham ac and Twyford ac, he will be missed on the local club circuit.Anyone wishing to show their respects, contact me and ill give you the details.

              Really bad news Mick and a big shock.
              Like you I have fished with both Rodney and Gary for more years than I can remember.
              A excellent river angler. Last time I saw Rodney was I think at Oakfield last year, always good for a laugh and never took the anything too seriously.
              RIP Rodney, save a good peg for me.

                  Awful, awful news. Heard from Brian Dart, who was pegged next to Gary on Sunday, that he’d been taken into hospital, but still a horrible shock.

                    Very sad news I only met him a couple of times! My uncle Eddie Mears knew him more. My uncle and myself pass on our condolances to his family. RIP…..
