top kit rest

hi im after a top kit root for my rive side tray like the one alan scothorne uses, does anyone know where i can get one .

AS ‘s looks made of a row pole tulip grips – really good idea.

I’ve often wonder why manufactures don’t just make a slit or narrow channel in the foam to the round shaped base of the ‘key hole’ – surely this would then ‘grip’ the top kit?
– instead of merely resting it, where the slightest jolt can make kits jump out?
