Being the instigater of the LAKE FISH STOCKING topic i thought i would try and bring some humer back to the forum, we (I) have all got our veiws on things, which we are intitled to but who out there has been in or read through some real close to the mark blood pumping discussions that left them wanting to murder someone disagreeing with every thing the oposition is firing at them,lads i hope im not making a rod for my own back here and this topic is simply a look back over topics to have a laugh at. That is if youve all calmed down now call it the youve been framed of the fishing forums hopefully im not bringin up old ghosts. You never no you might be able to laugh about it now so come on lads lets here your storys some reel close to the mark crackers

Think im up there when it comes to heated arguments, debates and discussions on this forum.

Some of those arguments, heated debates and discussions have resulted in the best threads on any angling forum on the web. I dont think we have enough discussions where differing views are talked though. Best way for anglers including myself to learn in my opinion!

A touch of Daiwa v Garbo v Maver v Preston etc! etc!! etc!!! nearly always ends in tears. It’s mostly ego’s and handbags but adds a smidgen of interest to a boring flightless or fishingless day. Anyhow what is the best pole the world has ever seen,

Maver untill they updated and updated and updated and updated and updated!!! Dont they know there is a recession.. There top of the range pole now, in five years or less wont even be thought of. Put me down for one of them Terminator super space age mega light gravity defying 18m 14 top kits £4,000 250 pole.. but a better model coming soon… LOL I use Maver but like most hate seeing your pole superseded every year. And to be told by someone this pole is awesome. Im glad I did not rush into getting that one which was about last year… ARRAGH
