Hows this for top class service, This sunday i broke a no 7 section on my Aristocrat pole ( Not whilst fishing i must say) . Rang Steve at Tri cast at 10.00 monday morning about availibilty,No problem he said Weston Tackle have some in.
Rang Weston Tackle at 10.15 Monday and spoke to Clive.
Delivered today at 12.15.
26 hours from order to delivery and that is from one end of the country to the other.

May be a lesson there to other manufacturers and shops.
