All pools have been producing 100lb+ weights for pleasure and match anglers with 188lb being the top weight. Rob Hitchen’s green paste, red maggot, pellet and corn have been the best baits. Fish are coming up in the water where banded pellet has been catching well.
Top Pool
The bowl area for f1 carp, commons, bream and roach on pellet/corn. Lots of silverfish on all pegs to maggot.Bottom Pool
10 big double figure carp have been caught this week with the best being 23lb 4oz. Late evening has been the best with bread or corn in the margins. There have been lots of f1 carp, bream, perch, roach, rudd with the odd tench and chub on all pegs. Pellet or maggot has been the best bait this week.House Pool
F1 carp up in the water to banded pellet. Lots of carp, bream, tench and perch in the margins to corn or maggot.House 2/Extension Pool
Peg 10 produced 183lb on Thursday at 10m up in the water to red maggot. Lots of bream, roach, tench, perch and rudd on all pegs.New Pool
The roadside pegs produced 130lb in a match on pellet at 6m. Maggot has also been catching a lot of fish.Canal Pool
Red maggot continues to dominate this pool with f1 & f2 carp, bream, roach, perch, rudd and barbel on the bottom and half depth.Club Pool
