TF_herbieSo here we go again, yet another waste of tax payers money on an enquiry re the press by a highly paid member of the eton brigade.never in a million years was anything useful ever going to come from this abuse of our money. is there anyone out there who actualy believes cameron did no deal with the devil, and can you also believe the same satan would allow his puppet to change the rules , the puppet master from oz holds camerons testicles and has no intention of letting them go lol. the police completly did a third world investigation into phone hacking and found no case to answer( course the didnt lol),and yet they could find no collusion between the police and satan.lol you couldnt make that up even in moscow. mr levison finds a need for an indipendent body to regulate the media lol, that has to be the best joke of 2012. where on this plannet would you find a panel of people that satan did not own, think about it for a moment. a quango ( for in reality thats what it will be ), will be made up as all the rest are by eton old boys. to be a member of this elite you have to be one of three things. A. wealthy at birth. B. titled ,. C. top civil servant . this would be the group the ” indipendent board” would be recruited from . of course the top boys cameron , satan , ect would weild no influence . LOL course the would,nt. just another way of taking money from the poor and distributing to the wealthy. NO. well as recent events have shown people with money pay little tax and we the poor pay the remainder. so in effect yet again were paying through the nose for something thats going to be as effective as a chocolate teapot. nothing changes in murdochland lol.

TF_caster robParticipantWasting public money?
best LEFT to the experts:
The fat fool Prescott was particularly adept at hemorrhaging taxpayers money:
We’ve already got more than enough laws AND statutory bodies than we need, unless you think bureaucracy is the way forward.
As for quangos, this what you really get:
If you don’t like the way journalists operate don’t buy their papers – shame we don’t have the same choice when it comes to television.

TF_herbierob how about your opinions instead of self seeking newspaper reports. we can all equally quote what someone else has written , or was told to write. the best quote comes via the sun imho and their owners caused the inquiry. as for going back constantly quoting what prescott did??? “two wrongs not a right make ” i,m talking about this 3 way partnership of cons/libs and satan ordering enquiries to keep there budies in claret at the drop of a hat, the ignoring the findings, as if the answers didnt realy matter , but those expensive lunches did. however there is a light appearing in the distant thats the wicked band of 3 will be crapping themselves about , and thats U.K.I.P. as far as i know murdoch hasnt bought them yet. YET lol
PS labour however love ukip to bits and thats a worry

TF_JohnHUKIP are a real threat and I could quite easily see them as the third party come the next general election. The rest are very similar when it comes to Europe and immigration, I am starting to think we need to be out of Europe as it is now a federal state, or is certainly heading that way. That was not the Europe we voted to join in the 70s. The main parties especially Labour and the Lib dems are very pro Europe and thus will never get to grips with immigration. I am not racist but my local town has been taken over by Eastern Europeans over the last 7 years.I shudder to think how this country will look in 10 years if it carries on.
As for waste of money, Herbies topic there is no doubt sucessive governments have wasted billions and yet we still face a banking crisis, lack of care for elderly, pensions black hole, benefits explosion in costs etc etc. Not to mention the debt we carry as a country which will have to be paid off.
To that end I do support the Lib/Cons efforts to get things under proper financial control, Labour would just keep borrowing and spending until IMF intervention sorts them out and we have 15% interest rates and 4m out of work.,Look no further than Greece and Spain because under Labour that would be us too. Remember Liam Bryne, Browns treasury minister reporting after the election defeat “sorry, we spent all the money” not fit to govern IMO. -

TF_caster robParticipantBlimey, whoever would have thought that this sort of thing would happen?
Are there any public sector activities that don’t involve abuse, corruption, nest-feathering, jobs for the boys etc…………..
At tax-payers expense, naturally.

TF_caster robParticipantAt least there’s one or two issues for the new Police Commissioners to engage with:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2012/dec/19/andrew-mitchell-stitched-up
could be a few pleb T-shirts going cheap:
http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/articles/391157/20121004/pleb-andrew-mitchell-t-shirt.htm
unless comrade Payne has flogged them all by now.
Brother Mackaill wants the same standards of integrity from MPs as we have from police officers, I’d guess the rest of us would hope for slightly higher than that. At least the witch-hunt against Mitchell “wasn’t political” so that’s a relief:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-19925933
Also, looking at the standard of English language and grammar in the email itself:
there would seem to be no good reason to doubt that it was, indeed, compiled by a serving police officer.
Now it’s all out in the open it looks like it’s too late to “lose” the evidence!
Meanwhile, the world’s finest broadcaster enjoys another interesting day:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2012/dec/19/jimmy-savile-scandal-bbc-branded-incapable
Only one resignation following a debacle of this scale and license taxpayers money spent on paying compensation to their victims.
No accountability, no sackings, no responsibility, shuffle the chairs and desks for a different window to lookout of, carry on regardless.
Just like councils and most of the public sector.

Yes, as it happens, I am.
If you’re privy to a more progressive news outlet that contradicts or falsifies any of the reference’s I’ve linked to you’ll obviously delight in revealing the source.

TF_caster robParticipantAstonishing PR disaster for the plods:
But you have to have doubts about anyone stupid enough to seek advice from Jon Gaunt, and then actually pay him for it.
A new T-shirt’s probably on the way right now.Anyhoo officer Rowland looks a fine figure of a man.
Harry Enfield’s “Fat Coppers” anyone?I’ll need to re-read the article to establish whether 42 is his age, waist or IQ.
@wightangler: aplogies for flat-earthing again.
