Report:
The gale force wind made the Wednesday NISA Open on Lake Four very difficult to fish. The winner, John Adamson (NISA Feeders), facing the wind on peg 10 was the only angler to catch a carp (8-14) which alongside a roach and two skimmers, all taken on a NISA pellet feeder and pellet on the hook, totalled 11-00.
Phil Hull (Lanes Bait & Tackle) on sheltered peg 22 landed a barbel and three skimmers on the feeder and several roach on pole/caster for 10-08 for second place.
The only other angler bothering to weigh in was Allan Neale with a barbel of 3-00 from peg 7.
