  It’s a 2 day event there this weekend apparently,so it looks like we will be sat on dono for 2 or 3 big fish.

  Baz lakeview still do the wed opens……steve haywood/andy searle have the place licked along with a couple of other lads so ive heard the attendances have fallen a little now…….you could always have a go on the veterans opens up there lol

  I ended up at beechwood in a 30 pegger ended up 2nd with 21lb.

  Came third in my section of 14 with 9lb 5oz. Caught roach on hemp and tares as well as a few on punch early on and a couple of skimmers.
  Picked up the half section money, and we came second as a team. So not a bad day really, apart from the drive, took over 2 hours to get back.
  
  I hope we do get a few, any top tips for dono???? apart from catch as many as you can…..

  Ive only fished it once,i had 1 carp on the pole,it was about 10ft deep if i remember right.
