What area of your peg??

I have drawn a lot of pegs and thought where do I start! How would you attack an open water, canal and an end peg? I always think how can I intersept the fish in my peg. Also I understand the near shelf is a brilliant area but i fish alot of venues that keep going deeper. Do you keep going deeper to find it or do you fing where it suddently changes depthin infront of you? Cheers rob

best advice would be to stop fishing for a few weeks and start watching. In particular, sit behind the guys who consistently pick up on the waters you’re on about, watch what they do and then go back and fish the pegs….
