        It just happened to a club that I am in .

        It happened at the last meeting .

        Will they elect the new ones at this next A.G.M.

          Doesn’t sound like they made a contingency plan does it?
          Ask then?

            In those circumstances you would expect the outgoing secretary to call an extraordinary general meeting. You wouldn’t expect to wait until the date of the next annual general meeting. Most clubs have a written constitution along these lines stating what needs to be done.

              Thanks for all the replies and as soon as I can I will post some more details on the clubs statue and were the members stand .

              Lots of things not done and wrong at the A.G.M and hopefully will go to next meeting
