More people swear AT them though. Sorry but the Force-8 is basically a cheaper copy of the Tackle Box Scarab (which in itself is not suitable for anything other than a moderate breeze).

I would look around for an older 2 Man Nash Titan. Has to be used as a twin skin shelter due to the inner having 2/3 of the panels in mosi-mesh, but it will stand up to the heaviest of winds you will encounter when fishing in the UK or Europe. To setup completely it takes around 3 minutes once youy have got to grips with it.

I’ve had the Fox Continental easy dome for some years now, and take it to France twice a year. I’ve fished in all sorts of weathers with it, and its never let me down. Loads of room, up and down very quick, and for me its the tops. I can recommend it mate

hi,might be worth looking at the jrc sti 2man bivvy.not the quickest bivvy to put up but excellent value at around 160.includes 2nd skin and hd groundsheet.you also have the option of getting the extended wrap which provides you with a porch area ideal in stormy conditions

Hello lads I purchased the 2 man force 8 bivvy I decided to send it back not very stable imo. I optied for the chub cyfish plus this is a nice simple bivvy thet has many options doors on off mosi on off. KEENS GUNS AND TACKLE IN WALES HAVE THE ONE MAN VERSION FOR 147.99+PP 8 QUID.I COULD NOT JUSTIFY the extra 150+quid for a bivvy FOR tackle tarts for the same price as an overwrap YOU GET THE LOT THIS IS A LONG ROBUST PIECE OF KIT LASTING years hopefully. Everybody on the lakes that I fish croxley hall syndicate CANT BELIVE THE PRICE or QUALITY 5000HH HEAD either, get this one or the STI they are produced by the same manufactures I belive but the chub is less in price BUT IS LESS HH THE STI IS 10.000HH honestly it fits in the bag REAL EASY INFACT THERES ROOM FOR THE GROUND SHEET AND PEGS IN THE SAME BAG packs up in less than 2 mins and I am slow and is a job for idiots like me. Take my advice get this ONE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED.I live Watford so I am not connected with Keens in anyway they are really nice fellows and keep to there word delivery was next day as said by one of the blokes there and you will not buy this bivvy anywhere in britain cheaper trust me. good luck and happy hunting ps save your time and money returning inferior bivvies.

Bad points, No bivvy hook for light. Detached groundsheet, yo will get use to it like me, tuffens you up with the insects. take raid paracite killer, this is a must. could do with velcro for the gs but this is micro picky.
