Hi, i am not a specimen carp angler but i would like to purchase a suitable baitrunner reel (would prefer shimano)that i could use for barbel fishing on the river and also use for bomb/feeder fishing on commercials, i have a budget of £60-70 ish.
        Any ideas welcome ?

Have a look at the Fox Stratos 7000E. I haven’t used mine yet but it looks a very solid and well designed piece of kit.

              TF_D.W.

If it doesn’t say Shimano on it, then it is not a ‘baitrunner’.
