TF_RossnI promised to find out the pegging for next weeks Fisho so here goes :
Horseshoe Lake – 14 Pegs
Old Lake – 24 Pegs
Top Lake – 24 Pegs
New Lake – 10 Pegs
Cherry Tree Lake – 9 Pegs
Oak Tree Lake – 8 Pegs
Pittance Lake – 13 Pegs
Johns Lake – 16 Pegs
Main Lake – 12 PegsThere’s a huge variety of sized fish in the different lakes, making it impossible to suggest a winning method. With this many pegs in, the winning weight could be 80 lbs which is probably 70 – 100 fish in New Lake or 4 fish in Main Lake. Personally, I wouldn’t bother with maggot on the off chance of drawing New Lake. Those fish are straight out of the stock pond and have been fed all their short lives on pellet. Pellet and paste works fine (especially Marukyu which is available in the fishery shop).
Good Luck to all competitors

TF_BacseyParticipantIt could be won from a few lakes,i fancy pittance a bit with 13 pegs on it,but any of the carp lakes with a bit of room will do me.The only one i dont fancy is Johns but even this lake could suprise.

TF_RossnHi Tim,
Little method feeder / pellet feeder (running not fixed) works in some of the lakes. It’s rare for a match to be won on the waggler.

TF_PikeyI wouldn’t think you can win from John’s Lake but could from any of the others.
I expect it will be pole and/ or small method feeder to win it.

TF_PikeyAs I said on another forum, I think this could be one of the fairest Fishos ever as it could be won from most of the lakes.

TF_mp.miloMake your mind up Pikey, one minute it wont be won from Johns lake,41 minutes later it could be won from any lake.

TF_MICK THE BOOKIEIMO of course….I think the match will be won from one of these pegs.
Horseshoe..Pegs…7,9,12 or 14.
Top lake…Pegs…1 or 2.
Old lake…Peg 19,26 or 1.
I realise that all the anglers are good, but if a “face” draws one of the above its all over Red Rover.~shh ~shh ~shh ~shh ~shh ~shh.GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL.

codParticipantHi lads, just a quickie to let you ALL know that we have put in all of the Willinghurst lakes this year. The reason for this is because the people that run Willinghurst are fishermen and therefore we do understand that the more room you get on lakes the better days fishing you have. But obviously all pegs cannot win, we all know that this competition is over pegged and we cannot do anything about it, that is up to the powers to be and not us. So that is why that we have given you the whole of the fishery. But I can say that I would not put my money on a particular lake because of the room people have around the fisheries.
The new lake has new fish stock and there will be 10 platforms around this lake.
Hope all of you have a great day and I will see you soon.Hope this is ok with everyone that sees fit to criticise Willinghurst through the year. We only try to do the best we can but obviously for some of you that is not good enough.
TERRY THE COD

TF_RossnJad,
No floating baits, no bread, no fixed feeders, barbless hooks.
65 lb per net max unless you have 3 nets in, then spread the fish between them evenly. If a net is over then it will be taken back to 65 lb. That’s how we fish it but check the net rule on the day, it might change for Fishomania.
