Fished a match there on sunday. Peg 60 won it with 27lb. All top weights came from that side.
On river side best weight was 15lb odd he had loads of small fish to pole or tip. They were loads of fish about 40 yards out.
If you fish in the 30’s u will catch bream defo !

fished for proper fish with worm but they didn’t show had 7-13-0 of bits, skippy next peg 13lb fishing maggot for bits. it was a bit bright for the bream to be honest but it was nice to chuck a feeder for a change

they have a serious problem there with the old river silting up and reducing depth in some areas. Would be interesting to see how the bream cope as they have always found the deapest water.
