~sick ~sick ~sick ~sick Here we go again.Although like many i am not a lover of our Wayne as a person i have to admit he is a World class player and at the moment he and Messi are on fire.
Man U. could struggle on minus Rooney, but i doubt if England can in the World cup in June.We are 70 days away from the magical period, and i wonder who the hell will Capello take as back up to Wayne?.
Lets hope the injury to his ankle is not too bad,but we also have the proplem of his knee to worry about in the coming weeks….FINGERS CROSSED. ~think ~think ~think.

Fergie seems to think it’s not too serios. Two or three weeks out may be a blessing for England, stopping Rooney burning out. Also keeps him off his knee for a bit!

makes me laugh when the utd haters are suddenly concerned because rooney gets injured, mick what dont you like about him ? his disiplinary record is excellent compared to how he used to be,and you dont see him in the papers every week hanging out of bars and women like most top premier league players do.if he doesnt make the world cup we will have to depend on our collection of thugs and serial spit roasters to win it for us.

~clap ~clap ~clap Brilliant John….But don`t forget you support the most hated team in England. Its not personal,or directed at their fan base…..Its because your the best team, run by the best manager ever, and are protected by Refs and the bleeding FA……lol.
If you had a poll on Waynes popularity i think i know like most which way it would go.I do take into account he has tried to improve his image, but he is always going to be a hairs breath away from melt down.Lets see how he reacts when he hopefully gets to the World cup stage and Refs and things dont go his way.
In saying this i do think he has a great talent, and is in the top 2 World class players at this time. Please God he will be fit and still in form in June.

Capello will not undermine the confidence of the team by making a big fuss about Rooney’s possible absence, like most things life will go on whether he is there or not. This will present an opportunity for someone else to make their name on the biggest stage in world football.

PS. I note your reply “Wheely crap angler” would that come in the silly category.

speaking as a united supporter but not an england supporter i hope he,s out till august, we dont need him. dodge tevez only scores goals when you dont realy need them but goe,s missing against tough teams when only 1 goal is needed. thats why your struggling down there with the dross. mick what these i wish my team was in the european quarter finals fans are missing is the fact that some european teams are actualy very good and a 2-2 draw against the european cup holders is a bloody good result and its only half time. all ive heard since 10 oclock last night is gloaters~think what they dont realise is both wegner and taggert have 90 mins to put it right, whereas there teams have all year.~sick ~sick ~sick

From what I can gather the Brazilians are staying in a lodge just down the road from my in-laws. I’ve seen it and its quite possibly one of the most spectacular places on the planet. That means if the Brazilians are happy it game over anyway.

I’m not a Man Utd supporter but if Rooney is out it’s not only his goals we’ll miss but his work ethic and determination. Like Tevez some people don’t realise how much work he does in linking up the play dropping back and chasing.

Too many of the other stars are lazy in comparison. One thing Fergie does do without any doubt is nurture the talent he has. Rooney has matured considerably in the last few years and since Ronaldo left he has stepped up and taken on the full responsibility of his role up front.

This year he is starting to look as if he could fill the gap left by Shearer which we have missed considerably.

The only problem is if he does play I wouldn’t have a clue who to play up front with him or just off him as nobody really stands out from the crowd.
