Wormeries!!!!!!!

I am thinking of buying a wormery.
Has any of you got the plastic ones with 3/4 layered trays and do they provide you with enough worms.

Daz. I’ve had a “can-o-worms” for about 4 years & it is excellent. Try googling it.

what is the average yield from one of these?

I only use mine for hook bait red worms, but you’ll never run out! You must wait for the thing to establish properly (about 6 months i think) but after that the worms keep multiplying at quite a rate. Make sure you chop up the kitchen/vegetable peelings into small pieces as this will aid the regeneration of your worms. Also if you already have a red worm supply put them in with the dendrabenas that are supplied with the kit.

Thats what i was lookin at spotter but now they have brought a new on out.
If its good i am gonna get one…will be up and runnin for next year then wont it.

Ive hd the can o worms for thee years now & never ran out. I put mine in the shed over the winter wrapped in insulation to stop the frost getting to them & they carry on breeding.

Yes mate i always have plenty for both .Just makesure you let it get going before you start taking them out & keep feeding them.
If you find one can o worms isnt enough you can always get another second hand . they take no space up & mine has paid for itself many times over~clap
