101 anglers caught 251 fish of which 186 were returned.

Best Fish
5lb 2oz Alan Rennocks, Kettering, candy booby

Best Areas
Bank – goodfellow bay, gravel bar, brookside
Boat – dam, boat bay, gravel bar

Best Patterns
red diawl bach, red cruncher, small damsel, black buzzer, candy/tequila fab, white/green lures.

Fishing was slightly slower last week but still a respectable 2.5 rod average. Bank and boat anglers doing equally well although bank anglers are catching most of their fish close to the surface whereas boat anglers are having success fishing deeper with weighted flies.
On calmer days there are still plenty of fish rising taking small black buzzers.
Stocking continues with Elinor open for boat and bank fishing until December 31st for day ticket anglers.
Season permit holders only can bank fish in January.

Nov 19th & 20th was the first piking weekend. One 20lb+ fish was caught plus a few jacks.
