MOLANDS . Match Weights to over 80lb with carp to 18lb and f1s to 7lb are coming to bomb/waggler and pellet fished up to the island and down the margins on the pegs where there is cover maggots over groundbait. Silver fish matches are providing nets to over 20lb with roach ,perch and a few quality bream being caught on maggots fished short on the pole.

GEARYS . The first frost of the autumn saw sport dip and match weight to around 70lb was best this week . The bomb or pole with pellet as accounted for the better catches in carp matches. Still some cracking silver fish catches as well with nets of mainly skimmers to over 30lb on pole fished caster or maggot. Carp anglers have been catching on boilies fished over a bag or spodded particles

LITTLE GEARYS Match nets to over 160lb again caught this week with carp to over 20lb and f1s to 7lb making up the catches. The best tactic has been to fish meat short or down the margins, but method feeder to the island ,bomb with pellet and shallow pole with caster or 4mm pellet also accounting for some decent nets. The best areas have been pegs 7-15,21 and 25-30

SIBLINGS A . Sport was livened up this week with a stocking of carp and f1s the top tactic was corn over micro pellet fished down the margin or across to the island but maggots or pellet fished short and dobbing bread have also been productive. Pegs 2,5,and 17-21 are the most consistent this week.

SIBLINGS B Another pool that has improved after a restocking of carp and f1s this week. Top catches this week have been up to 50lb made up with mainly f1s from 2-3lb and the new stockies. Dobbing bread or pole with 4mm pellet has been best but worm or corn down the edges can give some decent later in the day action.

ANNIES Nets to around 70lb have been best this week consisting of carp to double figures and f1s to 5lb .Corn or worm fished over micro pellet tight up to the island was the best approach but short pole with meat or pellet and bomb/waggler with 6mm pellet was also worth a go. The best pegs have been 2,6,10 17 and 21.

WILLOW Some nice nets of carp and f1s in the 2-4lb bracket have been coming out with match nets to 60lb this week. Pegs 3-8 have been the in form pegs and method feeder or bomb with pellet fished tight up to the island and long pole with pellet have been the btop tactics.

GRATUITIES Plenty of carp in the 2-4lb range and the odd lump into double figures being caught on the pole or waggler fished down the middle of the pool with corn, banded pellet or expander on the hook, a small method feeder to the island with pellet or wafter has also been working well. Fish maggot or caster for some nice silver catches including quality roach, chub and skimmers.
