Big weight out of Laurels

  A big weight came out of Laurels today .
  2tons to be honest.
  
  A brand fire new Merc 220d,the man was only here on holiday and it was a hire car from Alamo,it has been parked lovely for 8hrs in the middle of the laurels in 7 foot of water.
  It has squashed my picknic table and left diesel in my lake,so i can see me ringing the insurance company

  Take him to the cleaners mate,for the costs of a complete drain,clean,refill,and restock of fish………..
  
  How on earth did he manage to get it into Laurels?……
  
  You can’t drive round it,and the ony carparks near,are at either end……….

  I’ve heard of feeding heavy, but that’s taking things to the extreme…
  Hope not too much damage has been caused.

  Hi Si,the man was only here on holiday and had just hired the merc from Alamo.
  He was not used to auto gearbox and got out of the car and left it in Drive to get his tackle out.
  It went on its own and into lake near peg 42.
  It has left alot of Oil ,diesel in the water but hpoefully no problems we cannot get over.

  It just proves how stupid some driver are….
  
  Well I hope things return to normal soon for you,and with minimal losses.
  
  I shall be seeing you sunday anyway,as we’re back up at yours with the club again….
  
  Only on willows this time,unless you have some spare pegs on either Bonsai,or the New Oasis……… ;0)
  
  And I can promise that there will be no squabbling between the members,and the committee this time too !!!!!!!!!! LOL
