                  Acording to the AT there is a open on the Stour at Grove Ferry. Stones have a Saturday match every week as far as I know.

                                        now now monkey man, i did fish it 3 weeks ago and won fishing pellet, paste and meat. its 10 mins from my house, but id happily travel if i had a more apealing choce of matches to go to………. GOLD not being one of them.
                                        by the way………i dont fish bread on the top, dont agree with floating baits.

                                                      hi silverback. i too am from Hastings and the match scene can be pretty grim. i think theres an open at nicholls on sunday but thats only wot i have been told. if ur after a match every saturday then thee old hastings club which is down the high street – below the electric palacer cinema. they run matches every week and although the pools aint massive the banter is none stop. were at hartleylands tomorrow – 1st september and we normally fish clive vale and hastings and bexhill waters so the travelling is pretty non existant. always looking for new members.

                                                              i ended up not fishing on saturday, wylands on sunday, i had 66lb 11oz for 3rd place 100lb was 1st 76lb was 2nd all on the paste.
