alright manc. well mate b prepared to fish some pegs that are 7meters wide and other pegs that are 13m wide.
the canal its self is stocked with alot of mirrors and commons between 4oz and 8oz and some that are bigger but not many.
there are no shelves across its just one steep slope and varrying from 4ft to 6ft down track.
last i heard the fish were eating anything u put in but obviously there will b a method on the day.(id fish maggot or pellet)

Its not match fished well at all this year. Loads of F1 hybrids ave just gone in tho apparantly. Only info I’ve had is from the Youth Masters qualifyer on there earlier in the year. Lets put it this way after the 1st 1 every1 that fished the second 1 turned up with 4s or 6s latex and pinkys, as 2 decent skimers won. Micros and maggot myt be ya best bet.

Your gunna be looking for chub to do well mate. The premier fisheries qualifier a few week ago was won using caster over hemp to the far bank.
