        This years 2 day Xmas bash to remember the big fellow will take place on Thursday 27th and Friday 28th December.

        The 1st day will be fished on the HanKat AS stretches of the Walsall and Tame valley canals before switching to the nearby Birmingham mainline for the 2nd day.

        Who will be the third person to add their name to the trophy after Jon Arthur won in 2005 with two section wins then Ian Crossman put in an incredible performance in with two outright match wins last year.

        No bait bans means it will be all roach and joker…
