          how big are the carp you are fishing for?

          good hook size for corn in winter is a 18 b911 buried right in the corn

            i use 013 or 011 hook lengths to a preston pr21 size 18 and a chanti float in sizes 4×12 upto 4ft deep and 4×14 to six feet deep

              Preston or Antares lines are my choices and as Smed has stated for corn b911 18’s spot-on.
