  Fished on the Birmingham Mainline in Wolverhampton

  With terrential rain and high winds it was definately a case of holding on to everything that wasn’t fastened down!
  
  Ex Shakespeare star John Fowler fared best with a net of Skimmers and roach on bloodworm that tipped the scales round to 20lb 15oz
  
  1st John Fowler (Dams and Locks) 20-15-0
  2nd Simon Preece ( WB Clarke VDE) 14-0-0
  3rd Kevin Adderley (HanKat) 11-10-7
  
  Next one is two weeks due to the HanKat AS teams of three next week.

  Lee, you didnt mention the ton of roach and skimmers the Mainline’s just had stocked! BW has restocked the Fazeley for Ted as well…

  Endpeg…Typical Journalist…A complete failure to get the facts before putting finger to keyboard.
  
  1. It wasn’t a ton.
  
  2. No skimmers were stocked.
  
  3. All John’s and Simon’s fish were bigger than the one’s stocked.

  Ho ho! Ted told me he had skimmers and roach in his consignment so you obviously got sloppy seconds. Exactly how much was it then monsieur?

  Ted pays more rent so its only right that he should get 1st choice.
  
  As for the “stolen Chub Rigs” I think what hapeened was as follows..
  I believe the “thief” to be the well known time traveller Dr Who! He turned up at Little Onn for just long enough at the “Victims” peg to grab a tray full of paste rigsâ€¦unfortunately, down to the fact that the “victims” chub floats were a bit on long/heavy/wrong shape the Doctor stole the wrong tray…Knowing that the rigs were crap the Doctor decided to return the rigs by going back to the previous day when the victim was on peg 170 at D&L…Yet again the Doctor messed up by leaving them after the match instead of before the match…they were found by a local who had walked the match and was on his way home……. He looked at the tray was believed to have said ” I wonder why some one has been livebaiting for pike on here”…
