  just been reading on another forum that the 371 is very weak pole and too easily damaged, anybody got one. i would appreaciate any comments im seriously thinking about getting one. have doubts now!!!

  i have heard reports that they are weak, i have always used diawa, g8 then a t pro and have been very brutal at times with them, i would put my life on a daiwa pole all day long, opinions are like assholes though, everyone has one!

  I’ve got the 371 and have had no problems with it and must say that i always said i wouldn’t get another maver but i’m glad i did take the plunge and get this pole.

  i have a 371 for sale on this forum nothing at all wrong with this pole its brilliant.

  the only reason im selling it is because i have a maver elite 47 which i acquired after ide bought the 371 its only been used half a dozen times and its going for a song.
