  Its unfortunate you dont live in Eastbourne.
  You could have called in and had a word with them for me.
  I sent them an e-mail telling them i was going to post a report of their bad service and they did not even have the courtesy to reply.

  On one occasion they had run out of waggler inserts so they sent me what they had and the balance within a week, however I do normally phone through my orders, preffering to do that than order on line. Sorry and I must say surprised to hear that you have had problems.

  Manc: write them a letter giving them 10 working days from the day following your posting the letter to either supply the goods or refund, in full, your money. If they don’t respond, take all correspondence to your local trading standards officer. You MAY need to involve THEIR trading standards office (one of the perils of mail order I’m afraid: it’s why it’s cheaper usually) but posting on here where a couple of dozen people might bother to see it doesn’t scare anyone. Trading Standards do.

  Thanks for the advice Keith. I know its not a lot of money to me, but I suspect I am not the only one its happened to.
  I think i will tell them I am going to call Trading Standards firstly and see if I get a favourable response.
