MOLANDS Much better again this week with match nets to over 90lb + with some quality fish coming out including carp to 24-15 ,tench and bream to 6lb and f1s to 7lb. Waggler or bomb with wafter or 8mm pellet and long pole with banded 4 or 6mm pellet have been the best tactics in matches with the carp anglers using pop ups or wafters down the middle of the pool .

GEARYS Nets to over 100lb this week with the shallower water at the far end producing the better catches with carp to high double figures coming to the bomb and PVA bag ,waggler and 8mm pellet, method feeder with wafters and pole with 6mm banded hard pellet. Nice nets of skimmers coming from all around the pool with maggot over groundbait working best for nets to 25lb.

LITTLE GEARYS Still the most consistent pool with nets to 80lb this week although sport did dip a bit after the frost at the weekend but most pegs capable of good catches. Pole fished maggot either long or short has been the top tactic but bomb with 6mm pellet /wafter, maggot feeder or a small method feeder have all been worth a go.

SIBLINGS A Tough this again week but signs of an improvement at the weekend when carp and f1s fed a little stronger and nets to 40lb were caught. Dobbing bread on the pole or bomb and bread accounted for the better nets with short pole and maggot starting to work later in the day.

SIBLINGS B still not in great form with nets to 30lb best this week and dobbing bread or pellet across to the far bank has been the best tactic.

ANNIES Has been producing nets to over 50lb and f1s and small carp are coming bomb with 6mm pellet and wafters,or a small method/hybrid feeder with the pegs at the top end of the pool from 1-10 and 20-23 are still in the best form.

WILLOW Pool has seen weights to over 50lb with the flyer peg 5 in the best form at the moment and waggler or long pole with banded pellet has been the best approach.
