Scandinavian predator fishing correspondent Mads Grosell reports that many anglers have been enjoying fantastic salmon fishing in the waters between the southern Danish islands and the German Rugen.

The guys pictured are Henrik S.Lund and someone called just ‘The Joker’ (wait till they get a load of him!) had a few days lure fishing from their new boat landing several fine salmon and trout, with the best pattern Savage Gear’s Herring spoon in 14cm in the ‘lemon back’ colour!

Best speed was between 2.3 and 3 knots.
