Ladies go Fishing for Salmon

Two ladies from the Fishing For Everyone Ladies Fishing Club went out on their first ever Salmon fishing trip recently.

Cathy Muse and Sarah Iveson visited the South Tyne near Haydon Bridge for their first Salmon Trip. The girls were accompanied by club founder Lucy Bowden.

Perfect weather conditions presented perfect fishing conditions however although unfortunately no fish were caught, both girls had a fantastic day.

Lucy Bowden said;

“This was the first time Cathy, Sarah and I had ever been Salmon fishing and we had an absolutely fantastic day. I am now looking to organise more Salmon fishing days, as well Trout days for this year to be run through the FFE Ladies Fishing Club.â€
