BEST BARROW/ SHUTTLE AVAILABLE???

  Hi all,Desperate need of a new barrow or shuttle just just wondering what you’d recommend as i’m fising canals with some outrageous walks!! Getting old!! Look forward to hearing from you.

  cheers all, been debating a preston shuttle. Are they universal to other boxes? Got a FOX MSB box at minute.

  Another vote for the preston shuttle.
  
  You can pretty much fit all boxes onto a shuttle one way or the other, it’s just experimenting with what way to put your box on etc. The msb should fit on well though. I have a fox box, the matchman and it’s a bit awkwered to get on but that’s due to the fox mud feet i’ve added onto to them which are pretty big. But also the matchman box is quite a bit smaller than an msb so that’s another reason why mine doesn’t fit on the way it should.

  I have a fox barrow plat at the mo, and I can fit my rive, a full carryall, cool bag, roller, bucket and net bag on with bungees and it rolls along river banks, uneven or not, fine and dandy. Isa good platform too, can take my rive and all 17 stone of me without problems.

  The fox barrow is class. It is easy to put together and it also turns into a platform well worth the price imo.

  i have the preston shuttal total rubish has broken on 4 diffent welds im thinking of going for a fox…

  Penrose XXL I picked mine up secondhand the other day and it is brilliant. I had a Spaceshuttle which was rubbish as both of the plastic wheels broke. The Rive rear wheel kit was better but the Penrose barrow is less effort and means only one easy trip to my peg.
