Weekly Report ending 20th June 2010

With the weather staying stable this week, the weights have gone up, with lots of 100lb+ caught. 187lb has been the top weight this week. The best baits have been corn, pellet, bread and red maggot.

        Top Pool
The bowl area has been showing big carp, late evening to bread or corn. Pellet or maggot for f1 carp, bream, roach, perch, tench and the odd chub.

        Bottom Pool
Again the big carp are in the margins to corn. Pellet for f1 carp, bream and tench. Maggot for roach and perch.

        House Pool
All the margins are full of f1 carp with corn being the best bait. Maggot up in the water for f1 carp and silverfish fished at 8m. 187lb was caught on Thursdays open match.

        House 2/Extension Pool
Pole feeder to the islands for big common carp. Lots of carp and bream in the margins to pellet and corn. Fish at 6m up in the water for carp, roach and bream.

        New Pool
Lot of f1 carp on the roadside pegs. The corner pegs have been showing bigger carp to corn. Pellet for all other fish up/down in the water.

        Canal Pool
Red maggot in the margins at 6m and 12m up/down in the water for f1 & f2 carp, barbel, tench, perch and bream.

        Club Pool
Pellet has fished the best on this pool in all areas for carp and silverfish at 6m and against the island.
