Yes it was hot here as well, but did you catch any bream? I was stuck in the middle of a reed bed which was 6 foot tall and prevented any breeze getting in at all.

Across the North Sea and south a bit, on the R Yare, we had 29 C (probably 40 C in the sun and out of the wind) and the winner had 61lb of bream. Most sections won with well over 20lb plenty of them 30lb. 57 fished.

Only got through 2 litres of water and 1/2 a litre of orange juice myself.
