the question you have to ask is are you loosing on the pole itself to make up for the amount of top kits your getting. maybe look at something with less kits that you can add to later on if needed

didnt really want to buy second hand…. i see what ya saying about compramising the pole for top kits but i thought i would get a decent pole for tht amount. i dont wasnt to spend 700 on a pole (e.g) thn spend another 500 (e.g) on top kits. i did loook at the sensas poles but i suppose thts why i put the post up to let u give me ideas on which to buy ~think ~think

Have a look at the Gmax700 but the top kit package ain’t that good compared to others.

Also have a look at the Map Tks range the 525 and the 625 these have good packages and the sections are cheap. The match and power kits are only £30 each.

How about the Tri-cast Neutron. I think Benwicks may have one going really cheap. Great pole & Tri-cast service/spares second to none.
                          Regards peter.

G20, 734, 2001 or 625. All good for the money. Try them all and see which you prefer. I have a 734 as a backup to a 774 and it’s good for the money. Tried the others in a pole alley and they all feel different. 2001 is nice and light. 625 and G20 are best at 14.5m and up. All have different top kit packages. You pays ur money………

                                I spent a grand on a preston gxr2000,
8 kits of my choice included plus a brilliant cupping kit, really strong.
The pole is stiff and light.
I am really pleased with it.
The GXR2001 is supposed to be better.
                                All my opinon
                                Cheers
