        just got a daiwa sr3 12ft 2 piece pellet rod ,
        nice rod but could do with a ready rod sleeve so i can carry it made up. any suggestions would be appreciated

          Unless your car is crammed full of tackle, yours and a mates, I just put Nash ‘Tip Tops’ on mine for local venues that I travel to alone. Don’t try it when you have a mate in the car though, I lost a couple of top two’s Saturday when my mate in his rush to get get to the peg just pulled his box out without considering my top twos that he had put in!

            Hi Mike, i picked a well made double ready made rod sleeve up from stapeley angling centre the other week, it was a MAP Carptek, 29.99 it measures 6′ 4.

              You can get 2 x 12′ made up rods in the Preston Monster shell cases that go inside the Monster holdall, they cost £30.00.
