I’ve fished 3 matches there this year with reasonable success. It can be quite peggy and wind affected but my advice would be to start with a small method feeder tight to the far bank but feed lines at 5m coming up the slope and tight to the near bank or reeds if you have them. Be prepared for long spells with no bites, especially in the afternoon. Feed small balls of very soft groundbait (I like the Super G they sell in the shop) so it breaks up quickly and doesn’t roll off down the slope. Most of all, ask in the shop once you have drawn your peg. They are very helpful and will give good advice to anyone. Some pegs also respond to long pole with soft pellet at 14m so worth keeping this line topped up too. Target fish are F1s on the method with tench and crucians on the inside, skimmers on the long pole. It’s quite a shallow lake too – 4ft covers most of it with much less in the margins. Hope this helps and good luck.
