elastic help needed

  6 kits to do with i think must be maver elastic what would you put in them ive always used solid in the past with no problem but dont mind trying them most of my fishing is done with carp from 6 to mid doubles but want to have a light one for silvers in the solid ive gone upto a 14 for most work
  would love any advice on the maver elastic

  Stick to solid! Not used Maver, why you so keen to use it? I like Middy, Brittania or Preston and normally use 14 or 16 for proper fish in summer, 10 or 12 for F1s and winter with light gear and 5 or 6 for silvers on commercials.

  just got a maver pole as a surpize and was thinking they must have to put maver in there poles when takeing it to the shop to do it free i think your right ive always fished solids and think the maver must stretch more i think its called dualcore even if it cost me i think you might be right Nathan
