Why would you want to? If you need to make it. Push a tin of cat food with gravy though a maggot riddle a few times. Then add fishmeal ground bait/crushed pellet to the riddled cat food until you get a mixture that holds together in a ball. You can make it break down more quickly by adding more ground bait to the mix. Better in my honest opinion to either fish and feed cat food or pellets/hemp and paste or paste over cat food. Its strange but on some waters where the fish are very wary of cat food because they have been hammered on it in the past. Fishing paste over the top of cat food as feed can be deadly on some venues!
