~think ~think As i was driving into Kingston on Sunday(5th Sept) i noticed a match in progress on the Barge Walk stretch.Does anyone know anything about this match?…..Who ran it and its outcome?
I am very intersted to find out as it appeared to have a very good turn out of good Match anglers.Maybe it was a Club Match?…..Your help would be much appreciated….MTB.

Malcolm you old fart…..Hope your well mate.
Yes it appears you are correct as i had a phone call from Dave Harper today, and he confirmed it was LAA.They had about 50 fishing the stretch from “the Half Mile Tree”,Canbury Gardens, and the Barge Walk.Dave heard 42lb won it from the Canbury Garden part.I was amazed at the turnout, and was delighted to see so many Match anglers on that part of the Thames….Things are really looking good at the moment,as there are matches popping up all over the place. And the fish are thriving again, with Dace,Chublets,Gudgeon,Perch,Bleak and Roach being caught everywhere.
P.S…..Yes your new Ringtone was brilliant…BOOM BOOM.
