Fished open on lake 2 on wednesday mate and the method is still going quite well.
Odd fish were caught on the pellet waggler but reckon it’s probably on it’s way out now.
There are also a few fish to be had in the margins if you draw a peg with a bit of room, I believe the winner caught long down the edge and I think had 80-90lb off top of my head, with weights of 62lb and two 50lb weights all making up the top four(and all feeder weights unless I’m mistaken).
All those weights came off the B bank, top weight on A bank was 34lb.
I’d be inclined to fish the method tight to the island and then see where I draw with regards to doing much else.
Can’t remember all bait rules but you must use only green swimstim feed pellets.

NONE of us had ever fished method prior to last week but winning 3 of 5 sections was great.
