you can get small tins for 20p a pop at sainsburys. My advice would be the super sweet sweet corn in the aldi freezer section for a quid a kilo.

but with tins you can keep them in your bag till you need them .small tins are perfect for winter fishing and you dont have to keep having to take them in and out of the freezer .do the sainsbury one have a ring pull like jgg.

Iceland do a 1kg bag for £1 which is just as good as jolly green giant, bream and carp seem to love the sweetness. if you leave it in a bait box for a couple of days the natural sugars start to seep out and makes it more effective.

The freshona tins with ring pulls in lidl are good, nice soft kernels, almost identical to JGG,big tins too 30 odd pence.

Just bought a pack but it says “Crisp and ideal for salads” Might sound like a dickhead question but is it the same corn because they do have various grades of corn like anything ?

As fare as i can work out. There are 5 different types of JJG sweet corn, Anthonywaters.

There is a ‘salad crisp’ version of JGG which is SRP (small roach proof)

The 6 tins for £2 JGG is a VERY small tin compared with the usual small tin as well.
