Their advise and label says to use non-bio powder only, have not washed mine yet, have just wiped the worst off with a wet cloth.

Totally agree squeaks split a seam taking it off in a hurry, sent it to them asking advice what to do, they sent it back fully repaired and free postage. What a company, they will always get my business.

This is what you want for washing and re-proofing it

Not washed mine yet, I’ve just wiped them down with a wet/damp cloth.(not detergents)
It says on the lable to wash @40 degrees, but they told me not to wash them at that.
If you wash them at 40 the tape on the seams could melt/come undone, once this happens they are fecked and will leak.
They said wash them at a very low temp(20-30 I suppose)or even just hand wash with a non bio washing powder/liquid.
Think I’ll try just wiping them down though.

You could try emailing them or phoning to to be certain.
