Why has my post been deleted?
It wasnt offensive or broke any T&C’s of the site as I am aware? One of the mods on this site and a main poster on this are full active members on other sites as are most of us?
Carpcrunchers Barston thread has a link to the “offensive” site? Surely its not one rule for one and one for another?
I didnt post it to cause trouble or offence and I felt it was in context of the thread.I thought we had all moved on and upwards, seems some are still stuck in the past!

not greed then~sick without unions you would still be living in their houses working for nothing but food and doing as your told. you forget that a union is made up of ordinary people who sacrifised everything to get you where you are today. the fact that murdock has told you there nasty sub humans is a sad endicment on todays society. sorry about the spelling mistakes i had to leave school at 15 to work 48hrs a week for £4 just to help my parents feed and cloth my family. people had jobs ,were not overpayed, but they/we had one thing you meme,s will never have and thats pride in our achievments to better this country,s working conditions. what have you got to be proud of that didnt come of ordinary working mens backs.

20/10/2010 at 6:46 pm #119452
TF_caster robParticipantYes, you’ve bettered this country’s working conditions to such an extent that 6 million people sit at home on various forms of benefit and millions of foreigners have been brought in to do the work.
Thanks for that.

I survived from then…. just!!!!
& 76trombones, the site was “modded” back then, just a little more leniently until the libel problems that nearly caused the site to disappear completely meant that things had to change a little.
-
21/10/2010 at 11:18 pm #119576
TF_NW Cut AnglerPeople can moan etc but the site is better and things have to be moderated now. When Fred held court on here threre were hardly any posters. However, things move on and more people = more need for moderation. I think Giles was the first big name to get onto the net. Steve Mac? used go in Kenny Colling / Stevie Saunders shop used to post a lot. The first oddity I can ever remember was Lester ? Bloke from Burnley? with lots of grand schemes on how he would revolutionise angling.
The site belonged to David Hall and nearly got culled IIRC and was saved by Geeps?
