TF_andynorth2003ParticipantIve heard the same rumour about an Airity X.
It would need to be a vast improvement for me to change, as the pro X has just had the finish improved, so what can they do with an Airity X to make it different again ??
If they do this, Daiwa need to get their act together, cos they will be starting to look like the Maver boys, just bringing out new poles for the sake of it !I really do hope it is an all new pole, cos i quite fancy an upgrade !

TF_scrubbaSeen the New Airty in Leigh Tackle and Bait. Was not very impressed with the spares package and it was labelled as a power version, not sure it thats right or not. Personally prefered the spares with the original Airty, but I have no problems with my Tournament Pro so I don’t need to look for a replacement yet.

AnonymousIf you ring Daiwa to see if a Airity no 4 fits the TP Pro X the answer will be “YES”
I have a TP PRO X and its better than the TP on the finish on the last few sections, my TP was 5 years old but did a job and never let me down…
On the PRO X i cant even tell when i have a generic No 3 kit or old TP top kit or a new TPX top kit on.
On the Airity i found to be sloppy on the first 5 sections, the last 3 big sections were just a matt finish and dull but it had the “AIRITY” name on it!
Now we have a new version an we all want one.
Well some of us?Logically
TP,TPX not a good package but cheaper than Airity
Airity, Goods package but dearer
Is it the same pole??????
That is IMO….
Cheers Trolley
